The hotel provides exceptional service with extremely courteous staff. The rooms are upgraded to suites for free, and the chef's culinary skills are top-notch. However, there was a refusal to change rooms upon request.

I stayed in a room that was upgraded to a suite for free. The chef, Chandra Dimri, prepared amazing paranthas, and the overall room experience was excellent. However, there was a request to change rooms which was unfortunately denied.

The service was superb, and the staff's positive attitude was noticeable in all interactions. From housekeeping to reception, all needs were met promptly and with a pleasant smile. The F&B staff were particularly attentive and contributed to the excellent experience.
